Tourism
The development of tourism in the entire Moselle Valley is closely linked to the development of the Moselle as a large-vessel waterway. Many places along the Moselle, for instance Cochem, Bernkastel-Kues, Trier, Remich and Metz, have become tourist hubs.
The passenger ship sector, also known as the “white fleet”, offers a whole range of round and one-way trips, as well as dance and evening cruises.
A river cruise on the Moselle is also becoming increasingly popular.
You will find a list of providers of passenger ship services and their contact details here.
